Strategic Partner Sales Lead – Salary Negotiable 

AEJ Consulting is partnering a market-leading International Business Process Outsourcing and Professional Services company who are growing their central growth capability with focus on large high-worth transformation outsourcing and technology deals.

With focus on originating, shaping and closing major deals, we are seeking a Strategic Partner Sales Lead to take leadership of and accountability for new, large and complex opportunities with our clients Strategic Partners, adding new capabilities to the portfolio.

Responsibilities as a Strategic Partner Sales Lead:

  • Work exclusively with Strategic Partners to identify creative ways in which our client can work with them, building strong relationships with key Partner stakeholders and exploring joint Go-to-market opportunities to strengthen sales pipelines
  • Work closely with Client Propositions teams to co-create and co-sell client propositions and pitch outline propositions to Strategic Partners and clients
  • Proactively originate new work and build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Work creatively with Partners and their teams to develop specific saleable and commercially viable proposals

Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of our clients Partners’ business, market offerings, commercial strategy and culture
  • Proven track record and successful experience of managing sales to and with Microsoft/Salesforce
  • Has credibility and gravitas at C-Level when talking about solutions, commercial structures and change management propositions
  • Has a consulting skill set but also sufficient presence to lead an engagement with a customer
