AEJ Consulting are partnering a market-leading International Business Process Outsourcing and Professional Services company who are growing their central growth capability with focus on large high-worth transformation outsourcing and technology deals.

With focus on originating, shaping and closing major deals, we are seeking a Senior Sales Lead to source, scope, design and – ultimately – win large, transformational outsourcing and technology deals.
Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Lead:
- Work with key Private Sector clients to understand their challenges and identify creative ways in which our client can help them, building strong relationships in the marketplace
- Working closely with Client Propositions teams to co-create and co-sell client propositions and pitch outline propositions to clients
- Proactively originate new work and build a healthy sales pipeline
- Winning large complex multi-year outsourcing and technology deals
- Strong experience working with or in the Financial Services sector / Other commercial sectors
- Has credibility and gravitas with C-Level executives when talking about solutions, commercial structures and change management propositions
