New Business Sales Lead / Senior Sales Lead – Salesforce

Location: UK Wide – Remote with required travel for business and to London office (potentially once a week)

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 (Double OTE) + Travel allowance + Company Benefits

Our client is a UK leading consultancy partner for Salesforce, delivering cloud-based solutions and professional services.

They are looking for a senior sales professional to join their team to help develop and expand their reach throughout the UK. The opportunity is 100% new business, selling business application solutions within cloud computing and the CRM platform. You will still have the full armoury of the business to sell, however experience of selling within the Salesforce arena (or a similar CRM) is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Creating & developing opportunities from new prospects and existing customer relationships
  • Negotiating and closing new business opportunities
  • New business sales activities, account planning, seminars, growth sales targets
  • Delivering and managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives
  • Working with a team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities
  • Driving high volume sales by managing the complete sales process
  • Position Salesforce award winning products, platform and value proposition
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  • Managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest
  • Attending industry sales training programmes
  • Further development of sales techniques through Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Productivity teams

Skills

  • Previous experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a must
  • Consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrable experience of new business B2B sales
  • Consistently driving revenue growth
  • Enterprise sales experience
