Key Account Manager

Location: London / South East – Home based with required travel

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (£75,000 OTE) + Car Allowance + Travel + Company Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Creating & developing opportunities from existing customers and new prospects within key accounts
  • Lead virtual bid teams, designers, estimators and operational support through sales cycle
  • Negotiating and closing new business opportunities
  • Growth sales targets
  • New business sales activities, account planning, seminars
  • Developing relationships within key accounts at all levels
  • Working with marketing regarding activities & events
  • Developing relationships with partners & suppliers

Skills

  • Consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • 5 years + experience
  • Multi-level selling skills within an enterprise sales team
  • Strong team player
  • Strong networking skills with a mix of existing contacts within large enterprises
  • Presentation skills to senior management level
  • Understanding of the full range of IT Infrastructure and Audio-Visual solutions
  • Experience of selling multi-discipline IT Infrastructure & managed services
